Set in the centre of the pretty village of Port Charlotte, School Street Cottage is the perfect place for a relaxing break. This newly renovated building offers stunning views over the village to the sea and the hills beyond. As we are right in the village, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach,shop and post office and of course the hotel and local pub.

Sleeping 4 people, the accommodation comprises 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and an airy open plan living room and kitchen downstairs.

Downstairs also has a toilet and shower room and a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The house is warmed with underfloor heating. Outside is a nice little courtyard for sitting in the sun or dining out.

Our weekly rate for 2014 is £320 with a deposit of £50 on booking and the balance payable 4 weeks prior to your stay. The price includes all heating, linen and towels. Swimming towels also provided.

Arrivals are from 3.30pm on Saturdays, departure by 10am to allow time to change over. Short stays can be arranged from mid September till the end of March.

How to find us
To find our house, drive through the village of Port Charlotte. In the centre of the village, after you’ve passed Port Charlotte Hotel on your left, you’ll find a road sign to Kilchiaran, if you go right here you are in School Street. Our cottage is on the right hand side.
